INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR THERMAL VACUUM JUG GLASS LINER:
● Wsh the jug thoroughly with detergent,rinse well and dry before the first use.
● To remove stickers from the jug damp them with warm water and gently wipe off any remnants using the soft side of a sponge.
● Do not use metal scourers or detergents containing abrasives,chlorine or ammonia to clean the jug.Use only the soft side of a sponge.
● Do not immerse the jug in water completely.
● Store the jug with the lid removed to avoid the development of bacteria and odours.
● Do not wash the jug or its components in the dishwasher.
● Do not boil any plastic parts.
● Please be aware that the glass liner is fragile and can break if misused.
● Do not disassemble the jug and do not remove the glass liner.
● Make sure that the base of the jug is always firmly tightened.
● Tighten the jug lid firmly,without exerting excessive force.
● Do not close the vacuum jug immdeiately after pouring boiling water into it.Wait for 2-3 minutes before doing so.Otherwise it may be difficult to open the thermos later.
● The jug can be used to maintain the temperature of both hot and cold drinks.To achieve the best results,heat or cool the vacuum jug before use,filling it with hot or cold water as required.
● Any liquid should ont be storde in the jug for more than 48 hours.
● The larger the volume of the jugs,the longer it keeps the correct temperature.For a long trip it is better to buy a vacuum jug with a larger capacity.
● The vacuum jug cannot be used to store carbonated drinks.
● Do not throw ice cubes into the glass liner.
● While filling the jug never keep you face directly above its neck(to avoid burns).
● To avoid burning yourself,do not drink from the neck of the jug,but pour it into a mug first.
● Do not allow children to use the jug.It is intended for adult use only.
● The jug must not be used to store milk-based drinks or baby food because of the possibility of bacterial growth.
● If the jug has been dropped or damaged,the inner flask may be broken.Under no circumstances you can use content as it may contain glass.
● If the jug has been dropped or damaged,it must be disassembled and checked thoroughly before re-use.
● Please follow the care instructions and the vacuum insulated jug will serve you for a long time.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of refinekitchen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
